THE DETAILS:
When: Sunday, August 28th. Event begins at 1:00pm. First race is at 2 p.m.
Where: The Pacific Pavilion (the infield of the Del Mar Race Track)
Prices: Adult Race Only Tickets, $10, Children 17 and Under, $5
Parking is $8 per car paid at gate.
-These tickets are in a reserved special section which requires purchase of Group Tickets. Purchasing a ticket the day of the races WILL NOT ALLOW you access to the special group section, so you must purchase through us in order to join us in the special reserved section in the Infield. Map of location will be sent with tickets (Blue Stretch Run gate and through tunnel.)
-The Pacific Pavilion is covered, so this is a rain or shine event, and tables and chairs are reserved, so no other chairs are necessary. No outside alcohol can be brought in.
-Dress code for this part of the race track is casual and it’s usually hot
****-There will be a large raffle for various gift packages- CU gear, gift certificates, Padres tickets, etc—worth $50 and up, so bring your cash!****
FOOD OPTIONS: All purchased separately and on site- we are selling admission tickets only
1) There is a barbecue on sale via American Cowboy Grill Infield, "Premier Combo Deal" which consists of a choice of Hot Dog/BBQ Tri-Tip/Pulled Chicken Sandwich/Pork served with Western Beans Corn on the Cobb, Cole Slaw and a Soda. $17 Adults, $11 Kids 10 and Under. Can purchase items separately as well
2) Choose from any of the ample concession stands with choices including Gyros, Falafels Burger, Paninis, Non Fat Yogurt, Kettle Corn, Fish & Chips, Polish Dog- all purchsed separately
3) Bring in your own picnic lunch- no glass bottles of outside alcohol- bags are inspected
